Director and Corporate Research Analyst

Stephen V. Searl, CFA, is a Director and Corporate Research Analyst at Conning where he is responsible for corporate bond credit research. Prior to joining Conning in 2002, Mr. Searl was employed by Aeltus Investment Management, where he was a senior security analyst. Prior to Aeltus, Mr. Searl was employed as an equity analyst at Aetna Capital Management and was a private placement analyst at Aetna Life & Casualty. Mr. Searl is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Business Administration and earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
